I have spent over 30 years studying each aspect of the body from an "alternative therapy" viewpoint.

My qualifications include Cranio Sacral Therapy, Reflexology, Emmett Advanced Practitioner, Scar Tissue MSTR approved practitioner and Fascia Fundamentals Myofascial Release. My biggest learning has been from Breast cancer 9 years ago recovering from the treatment and surgery has taken me on a incredible journey of self healing. Finding treatments that worked on a physical, emotional and spiritual well being. I look forward to supporting you to help yourself address health issues and move towards healthy and happy life.
