Special interest in Sports Injuries

I have an interest in sports and chronic pain. Having originally started my journey as a sports massage therapist I went onto qualify as a McTimoney Chiropractor, running a busy practice and seeing a variety of patients I came across fascia and its affects it has on the body. This started me on the path to my MFR training having now successfully become fully qualified, using MFR as a standalone therapy and alongside my Chiropractic techniques I have seen some fantastic results. I like helping people to understand more about their body, they way it moves and empowering them to help themselves to move and improve.

I work with people of all ages, whilst I have a special interest in sports injuries I work a lot with helping people in alleviating their back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, sciatica, arthritic pain, preventing migraines and much more. I have had many patients come to me with pain and range of motion issues that are impacting their day to day life. I have been able to help not just with relieving their symptoms but also in addressing issues related to the root cause of the limiting condition and get them back doing the things they love.
