A Master Matwork / Apparatus Pilates Teacher (2000) and SMFRT (2020)

Sarah qualified as a SMFRT in 2020. She has been a practising Master Mat Work and Apparatus Pilates Teacher since 2000. Over the years Sarah has attended courses and workshops to increase and under pin her knowledge. She has always been fascinated by the way people move and focuses on a functional approach to re-alignment and good movement patterns. Sarah has also worked with Gary Ward on his gait analysis programme.

Sarah’s client range from 14-94. She see those recovery from surgery/injury, with degenerative/debilitating diseases, athletes, those desk bound and need ‘oiling’, or wishing to improve general health.
