Myofascial Release and Sports Therapy in the Manchester Area

Since 2012 I have been working with Swedish & Sports and Therapy massage with a special interest in Kinesiology and how the body moves. In 2021 I started my journey in Myofascial Release. I completed my training in intergrated Myofascial release therapy with Ruth and team from MFR UK, in October 2022. The treatments I now provide are fully ingrained with an integrated Myofascial release approach. Each client is treated as individually as they are. My main focus is to help you find improvement in movement, functionality and where relevant to you - reduce the niggles and pain. I also am a firm believer in ensuring you have as much information as you have appetite for, to build your own body awareness and understanding.
