This course adds to all your current skills and allows you to offer much needed care for those suffering with pelvic pain.
I’ve been a physiotherapist for over 30 years specialising in myofascial release and soft tissue management and over the last 15 years I have focused on women’s and men’s health.
I have worked extensively in the US and moved to Edinburgh Scotland in 2018 where I currently help patients manage pelvic floor conditions as well as musculoskeletal soft tissue management.
Pelvic floor therapy is a relatively new field, with remarkable opportunities for those equipped with the right skills to make a profound difference in their patient’s lives. Your current soft tissue and manual therapy skills provides you with a unique advantage, enabling you to understand and address the underlying tissue issues effectively.
Yvonne is supported by Ruth Duncan BSc for the practical workshop.

An excellent workshop which provided me with many lightbulb moments of understanding in this amazing approach to helping people in pain. I recommend all MFR practitioners should attend if only to know why and who to refer to.

Soft Tissue Therapist
Super knowledgable and excellent teachers on the pelvic health course. It was very well presented. I loved the prior coursework which helped my knowledge. The support and small group was also very beneficial. I liked the addition of rehab exercises at the end. The teachers made a very sensitive subject very easy to learn about and practise with others on the course
