Some therapists opt to offer MFR as integration with their other clinical skills. Others offer MFR as an individual treatment.

Some therapists have completed qualifications; The Advanced Clinical Diploma in Integrated Myofascial Therapy or the Certificate in Integrated Myofascial Therapy. Others may still be listed as being 'Advanced' having attended in-person advanced MFR workshops but have opted out of assignments and exams.
