"I have TMJ, with pain levels that made me wince and so I was willing to try things to see if they helped. The MFR sessions were deeply relaxing, slow and gentle. Everything; chest, neck,face felt much looser afterwards, but the biggest improvement was in my jaw which I clenched endlessly and unconsciously. Pain levels improved significantly. The fascial release seemed to do something small but powerful. I was genuinely surprised at how much improvement there was from just two sessions.
