I have been a bodyworker for 18 years, previously trained in Swedish massage and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, and qualifying as as a Myofascial Release Therapist in 2024. I have a vibrant private practice in South Devon, working from a beautiful cabin on the land at an holistic centre. I genuinely love my work, specialising in deep emotional processing and journey work and the nervous system, as well as chronic pain / tension and structural issues.

The focus of my work is on embodiment and the inner journey of self awareness and awakening. This is applied to all aspects of your physical, mental and emotional health - bringing more awareness and movement into the tissues can relieve the symptoms associated with chronic pain, tension, heart ache, nervous system activation, and trauma, and support the whole body to find deeper structural alignment, ground and energy.
