I have been a complementary therapist for 20 years, treating with Sports/Remedial Massage and Reflexology. I have been specifically working with Myofascial Release since 2019. I am a passionate therapist who focuses on holistic approach, looking at the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of the clients' presenting issues. I have completed MFR training in the Structural Series 1-3, Advanced lower body, Integrated Rehabilitation, the Integrated Myofascial Unwinding and Myofascial Pelvic Floor course.

With the years of experience in treating I have, I am confident to treat any presenting issues, and always keen to explore the root of the issue. I do specialise in chronic pain, specifically in the pelvis and or the neck. I am passionate and knowledgeable about pelvic pain, including, buttock, leg pain and potentially linked urinary and bowel function. I have a specific interest in complaints associated with the psoas muscle and its links to limited mobility. I also work with neck pain and tension, that can lead to head pain, facial pain, jaw issues and related nerve pain.
