I hold the Advanced Clinical Diploma in Integrated Myofascial Therapy.

I have more than 15 years' experience specialising in manual and movement therapies. These include myofascial release, sports massage (Diploma Level 5) and yoga for sports and rehab (BWY Teacher and Director of Faculty for the Institute of Yoga Sports Science). The ethos of my practice, based in North Finchey and Potters Bar, is based on my belief that we all have the ability to influence our lives for the better and that looking after our physical and mental health is best placed at the top of our list.
